Gradual rollout for tuned-profiles-cloudlinux 0.2-9 is paused

The gradual rollout of the slot-4 for the packages tuned-profiles-cloudlinux #0.2-9.el8,  tuned-profiles-cloudlinux #0.2-9.el9 was paused due to an issue with kernel freezes / hung tasks.

Description of the problem:

After the update, the system can experience immediate freeze/lock-up due to hung tasks within a kernel, requiring a hard reboot.

Mitigation:

Disable the modules snapapi/snumbd (Acronis Backup) or downgrade the tuned-profiles-cloudlinux package to the previous version.
